How to collect and send logs or screenshots when reporting a bug
Prepare useful details (logs, screenshots, reproduction steps) for a fast bug fix.
Good diagnostic information speeds up fixes. Include the following when reporting a bug.
Essential details to include

Device and OS
- Device model and operating system version (example: Samsung S21, Android 13).

- Open Moments > Settings > About to find the app version.

Steps to reproduce
- Write the exact steps you took before the issue appeared (example: "Open app > tap + > pick date > app freezes").

Expected vs actual behavior
- Explain what you expected to happen and what actually happened.

Screenshots or screen recording
- Attach a screenshot of the screen when the issue occurred or a short screen recording.

Crash logs (if available)
- If you see an option to share logs in the app, use it. Otherwise include the time and approximate moment the crash happened so support can find the Crashlytics report.

- Compose an email to support@momentscountdown.app. Use the subject: "Bug report: [short description]" and paste the details above.
