Refunds, receipts, and lifetime purchases: policy and how to request support
Learn how to request refunds or provide purchase proof for lifetime or Pro purchases.
If you need a refund or support for a lifetime purchase, follow these steps.
Where to request refunds

App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple handles refunds).

Google Play purchases: play.google.com > Order History > Request a refund.
When to contact Moments support

If your purchase is valid in the store but Pro/lifetime features did not unlock after restore,

If you have proof of purchase but the app’s automatic restore fails.

What to include in your support request

Your Moments account email (if signed in),

Store receipt or screenshot showing transaction ID and date,

Device model and OS version,

A short description of the problem (for example: "Bought lifetime on 2024-07-11, switched phones and Pro did not restore").
How support helps
- After verifying your purchase, support can manually activate Pro on your Moments account.
Verification
- Support will confirm when Pro is enabled; check Settings > Purchases to see Pro status.
Note
- Support cannot directly refund Apple App Store transactions — you must request refunds through the store. Support can assist with enabling features after store confirmation.
