How to manage or cancel subscriptions (Apple App Store)
View, manage, or cancel your Moments subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Apple handles subscriptions that were purchased through the App Store.
Manage or cancel

Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.

Tap Subscriptions.

Find "Moments" in the list, then tap it to view or change your subscription options.

Tap Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal (must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period).
Restore subscription in the app
- After managing your subscription in the App Store, open Moments and use Settings > Purchases > Restore purchase if needed to refresh the app’s state.
Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase, and request a refund with your reason.

Unfortunately Apple does not allow the Moments team to perform refunds on our end.
Verification
- After cancelling, the App Store will show the subscription as scheduled to expire. In Moments you will retain Pro features until the paid period ends.
