How to delete your Moments account
Permanently delete your Moments account and remove stored backups and personal data.
If you want to remove your data from Moments, follow these steps. Deleting your account is permanent.

Open Moments and go to Settings (gear icon).

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account."

Confirm by following the prompts; you may be asked to type DELETE or confirm your password depending on your sign-in method.
What gets deleted
- Your events, custom backgrounds uploaded to the service, and any cloud data linked to your account will be permanently removed.
Verification
- After deletion you will be signed out and the app will return to the initial welcome screen. If you reinstall and sign in with the same account, there should be no previous events.

- If you cannot delete the account from the app, contact support with the device model, app version, and account email; the team can assist.
🚨 Important
- If you purchased Pro tied to an Apple ID or Google Play account, account deletion inside the app does not cancel App Store/Play Store subscriptions; cancel subscriptions separately in your store account settings.
