How to manage or cancel subscriptions (Google Play)
View, manage, or cancel your Moments subscription via Google Play account settings.
Google Play manages subscriptions purchased on Android.
Manage or cancel

Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Select "Moments" from the list.

Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Restore subscription in the app
- After cancelling or re-subscribing, open Moments and go to Settings > Purchases > Restore purchase to sync the app with Google Play.
Refunds

Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play. Use play.google.com and look for your order in Purchase History to request a refund.

If you prefer, get in touch with us at support@momentscountdown.app and we can perform the refund for you. This option is only available for Android / Google Play users.
Verification
- Google Play will show the subscription status; in Moments, Pro will remain active until the paid period ends.
